The Five Rejection Reasons We See Weekly
- Wrong PWSID — Using Dallas's PWSID for an Irving job is the #1 rejection.
- Vague assembly location — "Front of building" fails. Use "NE corner, 3ft above grade, downstream of meter."
- Expired BPAT license — DFW cities cross-check TCEQ's live BPAT roster.
- Expired gauge calibration — Must be within 12 months at test date, not submission date.
- Missing hazard classification — High/low hazard field is mandatory in Dallas and Fort Worth.

Arlington Entertainment District
AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, and the surrounding hospitality corridor have concentrated backflow inventories. Bulk testing windows in Feb–April align with pre-season inspections.
